Actress Priyanka Chopra, accompanied by her husband, singer Nick Jonas, and their daughter Malti Marie, made a visit to Ayodhya where they offered prayers at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
Prior to their visit, a video circulated showing the couple arriving at Ayodhya airport, both dressed in traditional Indian attire.
Although Priyanka had missed the ‘pran pratishtha’ ceremony earlier in January, this time, the couple ensured to pay their respects in the holy city. Notably, various Bollywood celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Rajinikanth, and Abhishek Bachchan had attended the ceremony previously.
Before their Ayodhya trip, Priyanka and Nick had been spending time in India. Priyanka, who is the global brand ambassador for Bvlgari, attended the Bvlgari store launch in Mumbai and also graced a pre-Holi bash hosted by Isha Ambani.
Nick joined Priyanka in India later, and the couple was spotted together at Ritesh Sidhwani’s party, leading to speculations about Priyanka’s potential film with Excel Entertainment, ‘Jee Le Zaraa,’ being revived. Additionally, Priyanka showed her support for the film ‘Women of my Billion’ at an Amazon Prime Video event in Mumbai.
On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra has exciting projects lined up. She announced her involvement in Disneynature’s film Tiger, where she will lend her voice, and she has also signed on for her next Hollywood venture, ‘The Bluff,’ alongside Karl Urban. Sharing her enthusiasm for these projects on social media, she quoted Mark Twain. Furthermore, Priyanka is engaged in various other Hollywood endeavors, including Head of State with John Cena and Citadel 2.
