Malaika Arora has resumed her presence on social media after the recent death of her father, Anil Mehta, by sharing an emotional post on Instagram.

The passing of Mehta has plunged the Arora family into mourning, and Malaika is taking time to navigate this profound loss.

On her Instagram Story, she posted a message from the account scorpio_memez, which stated, “October will be good to you. Scorpio.” This message offers Malaika, who will be 51 on October 23, a glimmer of hope for the future amidst her sorrow.

The close-knit Arora family has been surrounded by immense support from friends during this challenging time. Notably, Malaika’s close friends, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor, have consistently been there for her. The Kapoor sisters, who maintain a strong friendship with Malaika and her sister Amrita, have frequently visited the Arora home in Bandra, Mumbai, providing comfort during this difficult period.

Additionally, Malaika’s mother, Joyce Polycarp, organized a prayer meeting in September to honor Anil Mehta’s memory. This gathering included family and friends who came to offer their condolences and support. The longstanding friendship between the Arora and Kapoor families has seen them celebrate together in happier times, and now they unite to support each other through their shared grief.

In another show of support, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika’s ex-partner, has been seen with her during this trying time. Despite earlier breakup reports, Arjun has stood by Malaika as she deals with her father’s passing.
